 Pick up will be Sunday June 4   12-4 CST

I do not run credit cards until after the Sunday pickup.  This allows people to pay in cash and check on pickup day to receive the cash discount.

  Shipping available on some small items.  Please contact before the end of the auction if you require shipping.  I do all my own shipping but if you purchase more than 10 pounds in glass items I will have them packaged and shipped by United Packing & Shipping in Vincennes.  They will contact you for further instruction. 

 I work on all my shipping items the following week after the pickup date.   If you don't make the pickup date in person or are from out of town, please contact me  before the pickup so I can gather your items to be removed from the property for shipping.  

I will be able to charge your credit card on file with Hibid for all purchases and shipping charges at one time unless you purchased glass items then there will be two separate charge, one for the invoice and one for the shipping.    If you are not able to make the pickup date but would like to pick up your items in person at a different time,  please contact me as soon as possible. If your credit card is denied and I have to contact you for payment,  I will charge an additional $5 to your card for the hassle.  I do not charge a handling fee for shipping that I do personally,  what it costs me is what it will cost the buyer, there will be a handling fee if United Packing & Shipping has to do the shipping .

 This unit contains, furniture, household items, clothing and much more. The lock was cut and pictures were taken. No one went inside of the unit and nothing was opened or taken. I used the zoom on my camera to take up close pictures. 

 15% Buyers Premium The auction can be stopped and removed from Hibid up to the last hour if the current owner of the content pays their bill.  All buyers are subject to auctioneer approval. The storage unit management is not responsible for accidents or damage while you are on the property.  High bidder Credit card will automatically be charged at the close of the auction, cash payment is available to pre-approved bidders only. If you are not one of my regular bidders you must contact me to become a pre- approved bidder to pay cash at pickup. There is NO sales Tax. Buyer must remove all contents regardless of what it is. Buyer agrees to return personal items like tax returns, bank statements, legal documents, photos, year books ect to the auctioneer to be returned to the current owner.  A $50 clean out deposit will be charged to the credit card on file at the close of the auction and will be refunded the following Monday after clean out is complete as long as there is no content remaining in the unit.
