Sellers Fees

Andis Auction Co charges a straight 25% commission on the final hammer price.

An additional 5% will be added per item if excessive cleaning is needed.  Typically, if I can wipe an item off with a dust cloth there is no fee.  If I have to remove a yard sale or booth sticker from an item so it doesn't show up in the middle of the picture, there will be a 5% fee.  Also, if I have to break out the simple green to remove mud oexcessive dirt from your collection, there will be a 5% fee.  This 5% is from the total selling cost for that item in addition to the 25% straight fee.  

There will be 10% fee for items that have a reserve but do not sell because the reserve was not met.  The 10% is from the final realized bid.  This covers the cost of material handling and the time I took to photograph and list the item.

Example: You have a reserve of $100 on an item but the highest bid is $55.  Your item will be returned to you because reserve was not met but I will charge $5.50 for listing the item.  The price will come off of your final check.

Example:  Your pickup location is  24 miles from my auction building.  It is a 48 mile round trip.  I will deduct $20 from your final check for pickup.
